How much are your condo doc reviews?

We charge a flat fee of $225.00 + GST for our review.

Are you insured?

Yes, we have $2,000,000 of Errors and Omissions insurance, which we have never used.

How do I order a document review?

Please visit our Order page and fill out the necessary information.

What documents do I need to send over for review?

Please visit our Required Documents page for more detail. Your agent as well as The Condo Co. will be able to assist you in getting these documents as well.

How long does it take to get the report back?

Our goal is to return the report to you 2 days before the conditions are removed, allowing you time to review the report and discuss it with our team and if any issues arise. We do understand these reviews are needed in a rush and we can accommodate as well.
