What Does the Process Look Like?

The Condo Co. never rushes our introduction calls, our reporting, or our reviews with you. Our schedule is your schedule, and we want to make sure you have all the details needed to make an informed decision.

  1. Introduction

Hello! After you contact us, we will review the information provided and contact you to begin the process or getting the documents.

2. Receive Documents

We need to collect all the required documents to conduct a full and accurate review so we will work with you, your agent, and the condo management company to ensure we have all documents in hand. You are entitled to many documents, and it's our job to ensure you receive them.

3. Review Documents

Once all the documents are received, our team will review each one with accuracy and take notes for reporting. With our current intake rate, our turnaround time is 3-5 days but a rush is available. We review all documents as listed in the Purchase Agreement, and typically more to ensure a more accurate report.

4. Report on Documents

After reviewing the documents, our team will put together a personalized Document Report Review and send it back to you. Once you have had time to review it, we are able to go over it via Zoom/Phone call if you have any questions.

Our Flat Rate is $225.00 + GST for all Condo Document Review Reports. Our scope for our reports includes: 

  1. Coordination with both Selling and Buying Realtors to Collect Documents

  2. Disclosure Statement Review

  3. Reserve Fund and Operating Account Review

  4. Fiscal Budget Review

  5. Summary of Relevant Info from Meeting Minutes (Past 12 Months) and AGM

  6. Condo Bylaw Summary

  7. Insurance Certificate Summary

  8. Special Assessment Review and Breakdown (if applicable)

  9. Additional Documents as Needed

  10. Phone Call/Zoom meeting if further clarification is required
