Intake Form - Condo Document Review

The Condo Co is currently accepting Intakes for Reports with Condition dates of August 27th or beyond.

If your Condition date is before the date above, please email us at info@thecondoco.ca

Please fill out the form below. We will then reach out and provide a Payment Request Form and start collecting documents for the report. Our reviews are $250.00 + gst (based on intake volume). All reports include document collection assistance if desired and phone/zoom call with the reviewer within the schedule.
NO EXTRA CHARGES.

Once payment and documents are received, you will be added to our schedule and the review will be completed based on the current intake volume. We complete our reports within 2 business days of documents and payment, but is based on our intake volume at the time. We will always confirm approximate turnaround times with you when you first reach out to ensure you receive your report on schedule. If you have specific timelines, please still reach out and we will discuss how we can accommodate them.
