Terms and Conditions
AUTHORIZATION TO PROCEED WITH THE DOCUMENT REVIEW SERVICE
1. The Condo Co. document review process does not include a physical site visit.
2. All summaries and conclusions in the Document Review Report are based solely on the information provided to The Condo Co.
3. The Condo Co. assumes no liability for any reliance on the information provided or omitted, or for conclusions derived from the reviewed documents. The report is for general information purposes only and is not a guarantee.
4. The facts and information in the report are accurate up to the report date. The reader acknowledges that these details and circumstances may change at any time.
5. The conclusions and comments in this report should not be considered or interpreted as a legal opinion or an opinion on property value.
6. The Condo Co. has no vested interest in the facts or information in this report or its outcome.
7. All personal and corporate data is confidential.
8. The Condo Co. makes no recommendations regarding the purchase or sale of any condominium unit or property.
9. The report provided by The Condo Co. is not a substitute for a legal review. It is recommended to provide a copy of the report to your lawyer along with all other purchase/sale documents.
10. The data collected by The Condo Co. will become part of the The Condo Co. database and will not be disclosed without written permission. Personal information will be kept confidential. The Condo Co. may periodically email relevant condominium information such as seminars, consumer tips, and e-news.
11. The liability of The Condo Co. and all associated directors, officers, agents, and employees for any claim related to professional services provided under this Order Form is limited to the amount of the fee charged by The Condo Co. for the services rendered. The Subscriber agrees to accept a refund of the fee as full and final satisfaction of any claims. The buyer agrees that the documents requested for the review have been provided and uploaded into the portal.
12. The reader agrees to pay the fee for the service of providing a document review report in full and upfront. This fee is due immediately upon request of the document review service. The service will not commence until the payment has been received and confirmed.
13. The reader agrees that The Condo Co. may communicate and send a copy of the Document Review Report to the REALTOR® they have indicated they are using.
14. Any discount codes, promotions, or similar offers may be modified or expire at the discretion of The Condo Co. at any time.
15. The Condo Co. has the right to deny or not perform services for any reason and issue refunds for any reason they deem fit.
16. The client acknowledges that The Condo Co. may engage third-party providers to assist in completing the report and consents to the sharing of relevant documents with these parties.
17. By submitting this form, the client, agent, or other party confirms that the information provided in this form is accurate.
18. The client understands that a full report can not be conducted unless all of the Required Documents are sent or uploaded to The Condo Co.
19. If this report is used for lending or mortgage purposes, The Condo Co. shall not be held liable for any financial decisions made or outcomes arising therefrom.
20. Any additional documents requested after the report has been issued, or any updates to the report, may be subject to a fee of up to $150.00, as determined by The Condo Co.
21. The client understands that The Condo Co can ask for a rush fee at anytime if they feel as if all of the Required Documents were not provided with enough time before the condition removal date.
22. If the client decides to cancel their order within 24 hours of the order date and time, there will be a $50.00 service fee held back. Anything over 24 hours, no refunds are provided.
