How much are your condo doc reviews?

We charge a flat fee of $225.00 + GST for our reviews. Please visit our Pricing page for more details.

Are you insured?

Yes, we have $2,000,000 of Errors and Omissions insurance, which we have never used.

How do I order a document review?

Please visit our Order page and fill out the necessary information.

What documents do I need to send over for review?

Please visit our Documents page for more detail. Your agent as well as The Condo Co. will be able to assist you in getting these documents as well.

Once all required condo documents are received, the review will usually be completed in 3 days based on current intake volume. We will always confirm turnaround times with you to ensure you receive your report on schedule. If you have specific timelines, please still reach out and we will discuss how we can accommodate.

How fast can you get a report done?

Why are your rates low compared to others?

Why are others so high? We often ask. We understand our overhead cost and the time it takes to complete a report. With this in mind, our fee is set to what it is as we believe that is a fair and honest price. Everyone deserves a professional report at an affordable price.

  5. Summary of Relevant Info from Meeting Minutes (Past 12 Months) and AGM

  6. Condo Bylaw Summary

  7. Insurance Certificate Summary

  8. Special Assessment Review and Breakdown (if applicable)

  9. Additional Documents as Needed

  10. Phone Call/Zoom meeting if further clarification is required
