How do I start a document review?
Please visit our Intake Form and fill out the necessary information.
What documents do I need for a review?
Please visit our Documents page for more details. Your agent and The Condo Co. will assist with the collection of documents as well.
Once all required documents are received and payment is made, the review will be completed in 2 business days, but is also based on the intake volume. We will always confirm turnaround times ahead of time with you to ensure you receive your report on schedule. If you have specific timelines, please still reach out and we will discuss how we can accommodate.
How long does this take?
Why are your rates low compared to others? Is there a cut in services?
There is little to no difference in our service level compared to higher-priced condo reviewers. For $250, you receive a comprehensive review personally prepared by Greg, our experienced human reviewer; our reports are not generated by AI. Our fee includes document collection assistance, quick turnaround, and unlimited questions by phone or email. Our goal is to provide a reliable and affordable service without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.
