Greg has proudly called Calgary and Alberta home for 30+ years. He holds a Bachelor of Management and is currently pursuing his Master’s of Business Administration (MBA). With over 15 years of combined experience as a Condo Board President and Treasurer, Associate Broker and REALTOR®, and Condo Management, Greg brings extensive expertise to condo document reviews.

Greg created The Condo Co years back. He purchased his a condo back in 2019 and when he used a local condo document reviewer, he was surprised by what he got for the high cost. He made it his mission to provide affordable, professional condo document reports, ensuring that every Albertan has access to fair and reliable support in their real estate journey.

  • President and Treasurer of Condo Corporation Board

  • Managed 200+ units as a Property Manager
