Collect Documents: We work directly with the listing agent and property management company to collect the required documents for the report.
Create Your Report: Once documents are collected, we will review them and our human reviewer, Greg, will create the report.
Review Your Report: A personalized report with a Buyer Friendly Summary will be sent to you. Once you review your report, you can send us emails or set up a call to go over the findings.
