Terms and Conditions
1. Promotion
Eligible customers who complete and submit the designated Google Review for The Condo Co via the link above, may receive their choice of a $25 electronic Visa gift card or a $25 Amazon gift card, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
The gift card is provided in exchange for completing the private customer feedback form. It is not provided in exchange for posting, changing, or removing a Google review or any other public review.
2. Promotion Period
This promotion is available for a limited time and may be modified, suspended, or ended at any time.
Feedback and gift card claims must be submitted while the promotion is active.
3. Eligibility
To qualify, a participant must:
Be a genuine past customer who received and paid for an eligible service;
Complete the designated customer feedback form honestly and in full;
Provide a valid email address where the electronic gift card can be delivered to The Condo Co by emailing us at thecondocoalberta@gmail.com;
Choose either a $25 electronic Visa gift card or a $25 Amazon gift card;
Submit only one claim per completed service or transaction;
Provide any information reasonably required to confirm eligibility; and
Follow these Terms and Conditions.
4. Honest Feedback
Feedback may be positive, neutral, or negative. The content or rating of the participant’s feedback will not affect their eligibility for the gift card.
False, misleading, copied, automated, abusive, or fraudulent submissions are not eligible.
5. Google and Other Public Reviews
Posting a Google review is optional and is not required to qualify for the gift card.
The business does not offer compensation, discounts, gift cards, or other incentives in exchange for posting, changing, or removing a Google review or another public review.
Customers who independently choose to post a public review should provide an honest account of their experience and follow the applicable review platform’s rules.
6. How to Claim the Gift Card
After completing the customer feedback form, the participant must email thecondocoalberta@gmail.com and provide:
Their full name;
The email address where the gift card should be delivered;
The property information needed to verify eligibility;
Confirmation that the customer feedback form was completed; and
Their choice of either a $25 electronic Visa gift card or a $25 Amazon gift card.
7. Delivery
Once eligibility has been confirmed, the selected electronic gift card will normally be sent to the email address provided within seven calendar days.
Participants are responsible for providing a complete and accurate email address and checking their inbox, junk, spam, and promotional folders.
The business is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by:
An incorrect or inactive email address;
Email filtering or security settings;
Technical issues outside the business’s reasonable control;
Delays caused by the gift card provider; or
The participant’s failure to provide requested verification information.
8. Gift Card Conditions
Eligible participants may select one of the following:
One $25 electronic Visa gift card; or
One $25 electronic Amazon gift card.
The selected gift card:
Will be delivered electronically by email;
Will not be a physical card
Has a value of $25 CAD;
Cannot be exchanged for cash through the business;
Cannot be combined with another gift card option;
Cannot be replaced if it is lost, deleted, stolen, forwarded, or used after delivery; and
Is subject to the terms and conditions of the gift card issuer.
Gift card availability may depend on the applicable provider. Where a participant’s selected gift card is unavailable, the business may provide the other listed gift card or another electronic gift card of equal value.
9. Verification and Right to Withhold the Gift Card
The business may verify a participant’s identity, customer relationship, service history, feedback submission, and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
The business may withhold, cancel, or refuse a gift card where it reasonably determines that:
The participant is not eligible;
The required feedback form was not completed;
The submission contains false, copied, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent information;
More than one claim was submitted for the same service;
The participant attempted to manipulate or misuse the promotion;
The participant did not provide enough information to verify eligibility;
The participant violated these Terms and Conditions; or
Providing the gift card would violate a law, platform policy, or other applicable requirement.
A gift card will not be withheld simply because the participant provided negative or critical feedback.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected through this promotion will be used to:
Confirm eligibility;
Administer the promotion;
Deliver the electronic gift card;
Prevent duplicate or fraudulent claims; and
Communicate with the participant regarding their submission.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the business’s privacy practices and applicable privacy requirements.
11. Changes or Cancellation
The business may reasonably amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion because of fraud, misuse, technical issues, legal requirements, platform requirements, gift card availability, or circumstances outside its control.
12. General Conditions
This promotion is void where prohibited by law. Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The business’s decisions regarding eligibility and administration of the promotion are final, subject to applicable law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
13. No Affiliation
This promotion is administered solely by The Condo Co.
It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Google, Visa, Amazon, or any applicable gift card provider.
