Intake Form - Condo Document Review

Please fill out the form below and we will reach out if there are any questions. We will then provide a Payment Request Form to the appropriate party identified in the form. Our reviews are $250.00 + GST and we offer a rush service for $100.00 extra (2 business days or less once documents are collected or as stated). All reports include document collection assistance and phone/zoom call with the reviewer. NO EXTRA CHARGES.

Once payment is received, you will be added to our schedule. When all required condo documents are received, the review will be completed within approximately 3 business days, based on the current intake volume, and earlier with a rush order. We will always confirm turnaround times with you when you first reach out to ensure you receive your report on schedule. If you have specific timelines, please still reach out and we will discuss how we can accommodate.
